Christine Rémy has been making art since a very young age. She has a BA, MA, and MFA in studio art. At Studio Eight, Christine’s quiet, contemplative art adorns the walls and breathes oneness into the space as a form of relaxation and reflection in itself. Her artworks offer an intimate and contemplative look at the natural world. They augment the examination of nature and create a feeling of connection.

The Meditation Lounge
There is a great healing power in meditation, one that allows the participant to experience a shift in personal well-being. The Studio Eight Meditation Lounge is an offering to the community as a place to relax, restart, and enjoy the silence of deep listening.
Free classes Monday and Wednesday noon to 1:00 pm and 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm.
Sound Bath Meditation Friday 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm, $20 per session.
